Being a major player 

• ​Conduct floor rounds 

• Perform visual inspections of manufacturing quality

• Perform measurement and weighing tests

• Follow up on the testing of the first tufting rolls and correct problems as necessary

• Enter data into databases

• Maintain calibration and compliance with ISO standards

• Audit operators to ensure procedures are being followed

• Ensure the maintenance of the equipment

• Carry out all other duties as assigned
   

• High school diploma

• Good written French (legible handwriting and synthesis method)

• Numeracy skills (logical)

• Excellent judgment and ability to make decisions

• Determination, organization and initiative

• Good communication skills and physical fitness

• Permanent full-time position
