The ideal job

Being a major player 

  • Receive calls related to credit applications

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts receivable department

  • Receive calls and follow up on collections

  • Approve orders for shipment

  • Perform account reconciliation

  • Update account reconciliation files 

  • Follow up on deductions for various accounts

  • Carry out all other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate

  • ​College diploma in administration or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of accounting and experience in collections, an asset 

  • Bilingualism (French-English) essential

  • Ability to write in both languages

  • Good command of grammar and spelling in both languages

  • Organizational skills and efficient follow-up

  • Autonomy and versatility

  • Sense of initiative
