The ideal job

Being a major player 

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for the company (make arrangements with recruitment agencies, analyze resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, make medical appointments)

  • Handle the internal and external posting of vacancies

  • Take care of the reception and integration of new employees

  • Prepare documents related to international recruitment and immigration (reception at the airport, search for accommodation, purchase of furniture and all the necessary, Internet installation, first grocery store, planning cab accommodation at the plant, etc.)

  • Control, encode, issue or replace employee access cards and issue coupons for security equipment

  • Organize and participate in various events related to the recruitment of employees (job fairs, Emploi-Contact, etc.)

  • Coordinate with marketing the needs for the different events related to recruitment as well as the posting in newspapers and radio

  • Participate in cultural diversity activities

  • Improve the attraction, retention and integration component by implementing and updating policies and procedures

  • Create and update performance indicators for the HR department

  • Carry out all other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations

  • 1 to 3 years of experience

  • Membership in the Ordre des CRHA, an asset

  • Bilingual (French-English)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to negotiate, influence and solve problems

  • Very good sense of analysis and synthesis in order to find appropriate solutions

  • Ability to work under pressure and carry out several activities at the same time

  • Ability for teamwork

  • Dynamism, enthusiasm and discretion

  • Organizational skills, autonomy and resourcefulness
