The ideal job

Being a major player 

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for the company (analyze resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, make medical appointments)

  • Participate in various events related to employee recruitment (job fairs, lunch conferences, etc.)

  • Improve the attraction, retention and integration component by implementing and updating policies and procedures

  • Take care of the reception and integration of new employees

  • Create and update performance indicators for the HR department

  • Participate in cultural diversity activities

  • Offer a francization program

  • Prepare documents related to international recruitment and immigration

  • Act as a substitute during periods of absence from the payroll department and the creation of the workforce schedule for unionized employees

  • Ensure the application of the Labour Standards Act and compliance with the collective agreement

  • Assume responsibility for updating the pay equity exercise

  • Carry out all other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations

  • 1 to 3 years of experience

  • Membership in the Ordre des CRHA, an asset

  • Bilingual (French-English), an asset

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to negotiate, influence and solve problems

  • Very good sense of analysis and synthesis in order to find appropriate solutions

  • Results-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure and carry out several activities at the same time

  • Ability for teamwork

  • Dynamism, enthusiasm and discretion

  • Organizational skills, autonomy and resourcefulness
